1. Introduction

The ampoule liquid filling sealing production line is composed of an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, dryer sterilizer, and ampoule filling and sealing machine. It can complete spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, air & water flushing of inner and outer walls of ampoule bottle, preheating, drying and sterilization, heat source removing, cooling, (nitrogen pre-filling), filling, (nitrogen post-filling), ampoule sealing and other complex functions, realizing automatic production of the whole process. Each machine can be used separately or in linkage line. The whole line is mainly used for ampoule injection filling in pharmaceutical factories and the general type can also be used for antibiotic vial injection filling or powder filling.

2. Bottle Ultrasonic Ampoule Washing Machine

Automatic bottle washing machine mainly uses ampoules, vials, and oral liquid bottles. This ampoule washing machine’s application is wide and easy to change standard components. Ultrasonic cleaning, circulating water, WFI, compressed air jet, etc. to clean the inside and outside of the bottle many times, preventing cross-contamination. Circulation water can recycle and filter alone, save energy and cost. The ampoule washing machine can be used separately or in linkage line.

3. Ampoule Bottle Sterilization&Drying Tunnel Oven

The ampoule sterilizing drying tunnel oven adopts integrated tunnel drying and sterilizing structure, and consists of the preheating zone, high temperature sterilizing zone, cooling zone(air cooling or water cooling+online sterilization technology), conveying belt and electric controlling parts. The high temperature zone adopts hot air circulation heating method, and the bottle is sterilized at 350 degrees and heat source removed after bottle washing, with even temperature and energy saving. The heat in the hot air circulation tunnel oven is evenly distributed, and the heat resources removal effect is good.

4. Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine

The ampoule filling and sealing machine is used for filling liquid drugs in pharmaceutical factory and cosmetic industry. The filling, nitrogen filling, sealing and other process are completed in the same machine. The ampoule filling machine adopts the horizontal walking beam cross-belt bottle conveying mode, servo motor controls filling pump positioning and filling, featured by high speed, accurate bottle distribution and convenient replacement of parts. The filling pump adopts ceramic (peristaltic pump) for filling. Ampoule filling machine also can choose other filling pumps: glass pump, metal pump, peristaltic pump, ceramic pump;
The conveying plat where the bottle bottom is located has a certain distance to the workbench, which is benefit to pass through 100 level laminar flow and avoid turbulent flow of the contaminated liquid.
The ampoule liquid filling sealing production line can be equipped with online monitoring system to monitor key factors that affect product quality. (such as dust particles, planktonic bacteria, wind speed, wind pressure, etc.)
