From October 10th to 18th, 2023, the CEO, Product R & D Manager, Biosafety Officer and Technical Director of Zimbabwe National Biotechnology Administration (NBA) visited Shanghai Marya Pharmaceutical Engineering & Project Co., Ltd. to perform factory acceptance test (FAT). During the FAT, they mainly accept the whole line of human vaccine vial liquid, including the bottle washing machine, the pyrogen removal tunnel oven, the vial filling machine, and the vial stoppering capping labeling machine and blister packaging machine, etc.

According to the FAT procedure, the NBA accepted the equipment in the following aspects including appearance size, material certification, electronic component brand, no-load and full-load operation test, filling volume and accuracy test, alarm test and elimination, man-machine interface operation confirmation, control system test, specification replacement training, etc. The acceptance results meet FAT requirements, comply with GMP and other laws and regulations, thus the clients highly praised the quality of the equipment and our fast response and excellent service.

In addition to the FAT, the general manager of Shanghai Marya exchanged in-depth information and discussed with the CEO of NBA on friendly relations between the two countries, development prospects, opportunities and challenges of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as team management and personnel training. Technical personnel of both parties conducted in-depth technical exchanges, and our personnel provided detailed answers to client’s technical questions on spot and guided them carry out practical operations.

In conclusion, the clients speak highly of this FAT and our in-depth communication and signed an agreement for further cooperation with Marya.
