Pass box can be layered flow pass box and ordinary pass box according to the working principle.
Layered flow pass box is a new type of clean pass box. After the air is coarsely filtered, it is pressed into the static pressure box by a low-noise centrifugal fan, and then passed through a high-efficiency filter. After the pressure is equalized, the air passes through the working area at a uniform wind speed to form a clean working environment. The air outlet surface can also be replaced with a nozzle to increase the wind speed to meet the requirements of blowing off the dust on the surface of the object.
The doors on both sides of the Layered flow pass box are equipped with mechanical interlocking or electronic interlocking devices to ensure that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time. Therefore, the communication between the clean area and the non-clean area can be reduced.
The performance characteristics of the pass box are as follows
1. Mechanical interlocking device: The internal interlocking is realized in a mechanical form. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened, and the other door must be closed before the other door can be opened.
2. Electronic interlocking device: The internal use of integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc. to achieve interlocking, when one of the doors is opened, the other door open indicator does not light up, telling that the door cannot be opened, and the electromagnetic lock realizes interlocking. When the door is closed, the other electromagnetic lock starts to work, and the indicator light will light up, indicating that the other door can be opened.
