Cleanroom Air shower room is a kind of local purification equipment with strong versatility, which is installed between clean room and unclean room. The air shower chamber is equipped with a voice warning system. The automatic voice system prompts people to complete the whole dust removal process in order to achieve effective purification effect. The clean air flow filtered by high efficiency filter is ejected from all directions by rotatable nozzle to remove dust particles effectively and quickly. The dust particles are filtered by primary and high efficiency filters and recirculated into the air shower area.

Cleanroom Air Showers’ functions:

Automatic control, electronic interlocking, double door lock when blowing, infrared induction automatic blowing. Stainless steel semi-glass door automatic door closers, transparent windows, inner low plate made of stainless steel; software test controller, LED display and set blowing time, the range of 0~99 seconds adjustable, the internal use of round involute duct, high wind speed, low noise.

  • Humanized control panel design, clear indicator light indication, give clear wind flow indication. Soft key touch press time relay.
  • High cleanliness, high wind speed: using the initial and high efficiency filter two-stage filtration system, no partition low resistance high efficiency filter, filtration efficiency is :99.99%, to ensure the purification level. With stainless steel multi-angle adjustable nozzle, double vortex shell rotor large air volume low noise fan, air outlet wind speed up to 25 m/s, blowing to the body wind speed of more than 18 m/s.
  • Modular structure, the air shower chamber box adopts modular design scheme, which can be assembled into various length of air shower size according to actual needs. An air shower chamber is composed of one or more air shower units. For large volume air shower equipment, it can be divided into several modules, which makes production, transportation and installation particularly convenient and fast.
  • High performance, high sealing: using imported electronic components, stable and reliable operation performance, advanced noise reduction mute device system and the use of EVA sealing materials, high sealing performance.
